Working with the scriptures is its own reward. One scripture from Colossians perhaps says it best, “Let the words of Christ, in all their richness, live in your hearts and make you wise. Use His words to teach and counsel each other. Sing psalms and hymns and spiritual songs to God with thankful hearts.” Many of these quotes from the Book of John are those very “words of Christ”. Hearing and memorizing His words can bring to us a fresh and more intimate knowledge of what the Lord Himself thinks and feels about life. This project is for all who would like to hide the treasure of God’s words in their hearts and minds and enjoy the richness of His thoughts and the transformation of heart and character that they bring.
